Polyurethane Disclaimer: Polyurethane parts are extremely flexible and durable. Warped parts will return to it’s original shape if left in the sun for 1 to 2 hours. Also, they require specific polyurethane paint prepping steps to ensure a smooth paint finish. Improperly prepared polyurethane parts may result in the paint not adhering or the formation of pin holes. All polyurethane parts come unpainted and in raw form. This means the part may have smooth and rough surfaces in different areas. This is not a result of a product defect, but how polyurethane parts are produced from a mold, which is normal. We highly recommend a professional and reputable body shop with polyurethane experience to prep and paint your product.
